If you go to Lockton Village there is a head so when you get the blacksmith you open the chest behind him and theres a sword. You bring the sword to the head and he says bring him his bones for a reward. So you go to the library in the geo fortress and on one of the shelves it says where all his bones are. Once you find them go to him with no party members and he will join your team.
